{"id":4700,"date":"2024-06-05T07:33:21","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T05:33:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oekosozial.at\/wien\/?page_id=4700"},"modified":"2026-02-06T15:37:15","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T14:37:15","slug":"kinder-garten-paedagogik","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/oekosozial.at\/wien\/was-wir-tun\/kinder-garten-paedagogik\/","title":{"rendered":"Lehrgang Kinder-Garten-P\u00e4dagogik"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"cs-content\" class=\"cs-content\"><div class=\"x-section e4700-e1 m3mk-0\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e4700-e2 m3mk-1 m3mk-3 m3mk-4\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e4700-e3 m3mk-i\"><div class=\"x-text x-content e4700-e4 m3mk-j\"><h5><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Ern&auml;hrung &ndash; Gesundheit &ndash; Nachhaltigkeit erlebbar machen<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><\/div><hr class=\"x-line e4700-e5 m3mk-m\"\/><div class=\"x-text x-content e4700-e6 m3mk-j\"><p>Der <strong>Lehrgang \"Kinder-Garten-P&auml;dagogik\"<\/strong> vermittelt in anwendungsbezogener Art und Weise praktische Fertigkeiten wie auch theoretisches Wissen rund um die Themen Garten, Natur\/Biodiversit&auml;t und Lebensmittel\/Ern&auml;hrung.&nbsp;Er wurde von der City Farm Augarten und dem &Ouml;kosozialen Forum Wien entwickelt und wird seit 2021 und wurde seither nahezu j&auml;hrlich (Sondersituation Corona) durchgef&uuml;hrt.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prim&auml;r werden als Zielgruppe adressiert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elementarp&auml;dagog*innen und Personal von Kinderg&auml;rten und Horten (Assistent:innen, Freizeitp&auml;dagog:innen)<\/li>\n<li>Menschen, die beruflich mit Kindern\/Jugendlichen t&auml;tig sind gartenp&auml;dagogisches Wissen erlangen oder vertiefen m&ouml;chten<\/li>\n<li>Studierende oder Personen, die eine berufliche T&auml;tigkeit in diesem Bereich anstreben&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durch praxisbezogene, gartenp&auml;dagogische Kompetenzen sowie durch die F&ouml;rderung von Gartenprojekten vor Ort soll die allgemeine Entwicklung der Kinder\/Jugendlichen, ihre Naturbeziehung sowie ihr Ern&auml;hrungsverhalten positiv beeinflusst werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das gartenp&auml;dagogische Wissen wird mit Schwerpunktsetzung auf die Vermittlung an Kinder im Kindergartenalter aufbereitet. Unterschiedliche garten- und erlebnisp&auml;dagogische Methoden werden in einem didaktischen Zugang vermittelt, der sich am konkreten &bdquo;Tun&ldquo; sowie am Entdecken und Erleben orientiert. Die P&auml;dagog:innen werden unterst&uuml;tzt, den Kindern gleicherma&szlig;en<strong> Impulse, Handlungsr&auml;ume sowie Reflexionsr&auml;ume<\/strong> mit den Bezugspunkten Natur, Garten und Ern&auml;hrung anzubieten. Der didaktische Zugang ist stark von der Ausbildungsinitiative Lernraum Natur (1) inspiriert.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\">Naturkontakte tragen allgemein zur<strong> Entwicklung von Kindern<\/strong> positiv bei (2). Die Gartenpflanzen beziehungsweise die Natur im (und rund um den) Garten schaffen oder verst&auml;rken erste Ber&uuml;hrungspunkte mit den nat&uuml;rlichen Lebensgrundlagen. Impulsen und Aktivit&auml;ten sollen die Kinder einladen, mit der Natur in Ber&uuml;hrung zu kommen und eine zunehmende Sensibilit&auml;t daf&uuml;r zu entwickeln. Die Erlebnisse (z.B. Garteln, Verkosten, Beobachten...) <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\">er&ouml;ffnen einen ersten Zugang zu den Themen Ern&auml;hrung &ndash; Gesundheit &ndash; Natur &ndash; Umwelt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\">legen einen Grundstein f&uuml;r ein Bewusstsein &uuml;ber die Herkunft von Lebensmitteln.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\">f&ouml;rdert die Sensibilit&auml;t f&uuml;r Pflanzen und Tiere als eigene Lebewesen und als ein \"Gegen&uuml;ber\".<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\">f&ouml;rdern die kindliche Neugierde und den Entdecker:innendrang.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\">wirken sich positiv auf die Sensomotorik aus (Sensibilit&auml;t im Sehen, H&ouml;ren, Riechen, Tasten, Schmecken)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So<span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\"> wird eine wichtige Basis f&uuml;r h&ouml;here Sensibilit&auml;t im Umgang der Natur, Tieren, Ern&auml;hrung, aber auch f&uuml;r eine bessere Sensibilit&auml;t gegen&uuml;ber sich selbst, der eigenen Naturbeziehung und der eigenen Gesundheit gelegt. Dies ist im Sinne der Gesundheitsf&ouml;rderung, der Nachhaltigkeit sowie des sozialen Zusammenlebens wertvoll. E<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0em\">ine sp&auml;tere Auseinandersetzung mit Fragen des Klimaschutzes, der nachhaltigen Entwicklung etc. kann damit auf eine fr&uuml;he Grundlage aus Erfahrungen und Emotionen aufbauen. Hier gibt es Hinweise darauf, dass emotionale Schl&uuml;sselerlebnisse gesellschaftliches Engagement im sp&auml;teren Leben beg&uuml;nstigen (3).&nbsp;<\/span>Neben dem Wissen, den F&auml;higkeiten und der Sensibilit&auml;t werden beim &bdquo;Garteln&ldquo; auch soziale Fertigkeiten der Kinder (Zusammenarbeit, Kooperation, Aufgaben &uuml;bernehmen, etc.) sowie der respektvolle Umgang untereinander sowie mit Pflanzen, Tieren wie auch mit sich selbst (Selbstwahrnehmung, etc.) gef&ouml;rdert und angeregt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Austausch &amp; Vernetzung<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Der Austausch unter den Teilnehmer:innen und die Vernetzung innerhalb der Berufsgruppe sind ganz allgemein wichtig und bilden auch einen wichtigen informellen Aspekt des Lehrgangs. Das &Ouml;kosoziale Forum Wien und die City Farm Augarten sind bem&uuml;ht, die Teilnehmer:innen unterschiedlicher Jahrg&auml;nge und Lehrg&auml;nge zu vernetzen und in Austausch zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Reflexionsraum f&uuml;r Kleinprojekte<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Eine St&auml;rke des Lehrganges ist die F&ouml;rderung des Wissens- und Erfahrungstransfers zwischen den Teilnehmer:innen. Diese haben die M&ouml;glichkeit, im Laufe des Kurses ihre eigenen praxisbezogenes, gartenp&auml;dagogischen Kleinprojekt vorzustellen und zu entwickeln.
