YOU transform cities (YTC) <\/strong>ist ein EU-gefördertes Projekt (Erasmus plus Small-scale Partnership) mit Partnerorganisationen aus den Städten Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Berlin und Wien.<\/p>\n

Das Ziel von YTC ist der überregionale Aufbau von Partnerschaften zur wirksamen Unterstützung von Jugendlichen, die ihre Städte in nachhaltige und biodiverse Orte verwandeln möchten. Der Titel des Projekt ist: Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung in Städten – Potenziale ausloten und den städtischen Wandel fördern.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div>

YOU transform cities (YTC)<\/strong> is a project funded by the EU (Erasmus plus small-scale Partnership) with partner organisations from Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Berlin and Vienna.<\/p>\n

It aims on the development of supra-regional partnerships for the effective and cooperative support of young people and initiatives, who want to transform their cities into sustainable and biodiverse places. The project title is: Education for sustainable development in cities – Explore potentials and facilitate urban transformation<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Zentrale Bausteine des Projektes sind On site visits in den vier Partnerstädten. Sie dienen dem Kennenlernen von good practise und der Verfügbarmachung von Wissen und Erfahrung für andere Projekte und Initiativen. <\/p><\/div><\/div>
